The MSS CKD Pilot has been designed to help young adults with kidney disease learn new skills, secure access to certificated outcomes and progress in life. Participants will take part in a DofE Bronze award that covers skill development, volunteering, a sport and an exciting overnight expedition. During the skills section, they will have access to the latest technologies, such as flying drones and learn skills to help them lead a healthy lifestyle, such as low potassium cooking and employability skills such as cv writing and presentation skills. They will also plan and take part in an overnight expedition.

Tim, who suffered from kidney disease himself, would have been proud to be associated with it and would have particularly liked the VR drones.
